1. Definitions & Interpretations

The meanings of several key terms used in this document are clarified below to avoid any misunderstanding.

"Platform"

The 786bt website, mobile interface and all associated services through which users access online gaming and entertainment services.

"User" or "Member"

Any person who operates a registered account on the 786bt platform or uses any service provided by the platform.

"Bonus Funds"

Money added to a user's account as a promotional or welcome bonus, which cannot be withdrawn until specific wagering requirements have been met.

"Wagering Requirement"

The total amount a user must wager before bonus funds can be withdrawn. At 786bt, this is calculated based on the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met in order to open an account and use services on the 786bt platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be located in Bangladesh and legally able to use online gaming services.
• Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and up to date.
• Keeping your account login details confidential is your own responsibility.

786bt may at any time request a government-issued ID or additional documents for account verification. Withdrawal requests may remain pending until verification is complete.

Granting third parties access to your account is not permitted. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3. Age Verification & Minor Protection

The 786bt platform is intended solely for adults aged 21 or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform.

If false information about age is provided at registration or at any later stage, the account will be closed immediately and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 786bt platform are conducted entirely in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT).

Supported Payment Methods

786bt currently supports deposits and withdrawals only through the following mobile wallets:

• Nagad — the postal department's digital payment service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service
• Upay — UCB's digital payment platform

Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, during account verification or system maintenance, processing may take longer.

Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request can be made:

• The account must be fully verified.
• If there is an active bonus, its wagering requirement must be fulfilled.
• The payment method used for the withdrawal request and the account ownership must match.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Various types of bonus offers are available on the 786bt platform. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.
• Example: depositing ৳16,000 or more means the maximum ৳15,000 bonus applies, making the total balance ৳31,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. It is calculated on the bonus funds only — the deposit amount is not included.

• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after meeting the requirements are withdrawable.
• 786bt reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is found, the relevant account and winnings may be forfeited.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786bt platform and may result in account closure and legal action if violated:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with false or fake identity or information.
• Abusing the bonus system, such as intentionally placing low-risk bets for the purpose of withdrawing bonus funds.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to operate the platform.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems, network or data.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Taking any action intended to harass, defraud or harm other members.
• Attempting to exploit platform errors or technical issues for unfair gain.

If any of the above activities are detected, 786bt reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance and, if necessary, notify law enforcement authorities without prior notice.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

786bt may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete account verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious financial transactions or signs of fraud.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Account closure at the user's own request.

Account Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. All withdrawable balances will be processed before the account is closed.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

786bt treats the privacy of your personal information as a top priority. We do not share your personal data with any unauthorised third parties.

• Payment information is not stored on 786bt's servers.
